If I could describe the feeling I got when I hung up that phone today and put it into words...wel 'll I'm going to try here....  lets just say abit of Ferry Corsten- Galaxia was cranked up and then shorts and they were special shorts well sort of...he bought them in New York and won Journal games in them in Grade 10....by the way... what is the record for the most  Journal games titles...In 7 tries I have 6 titles and one runner up...not that anyone is counting!!!!

well anyway american shorts and singlets and moods...Hey Brett can I borrow 40'000w..."why whats up"? I just need some money to fix the hole in the roof....."Nolan get down from there"   Well he starts off pretty brisk and it didn't stop there...pushing it on the way out.  sorry kids but your gonna have to do abit better if you wanna run with me..you weren't the only one to go out to fast GEB (62:03... 1/2) I wasn't exactally sprinting in...but it wasn't my legs... it was more my lungs and just a shock to be out running again...I've only done a handful of runs since being back in Korea a notable 51.2 400m timetrial and a few other random hard efforts... but the feeling I got crossing the bridge crashing two love birds snuggled up and the the Han river and about a million cars passed me (not all 22 of them...there are some people in this city or something)...honks that couldn't really be heard..... and car fumes that couldn't stop me either...he got caught up on a few crosses with cars but....  he finished the run strong  22:03cr and pb.. no world record...same as Haile! 

but then runs around blocks with no shirts and yelling up to roommates....elevators with no shirts and people....talking to yourself in the apartment for 20mins while Brett is hoping to sleep and then feeds... he had moods today and Brett took that not me MRs. dawber...he has Romanza also..but I think you forgot... but like Job interviews gone bad...phone talks gone bad....next contacts....but runs didn't... do they ever...a certain run in at New Brighton beach might stand out for a few...good yans the other day kangers and welcome Brett.....going solo in Seoul is over for the time being......Beijing New Years...will they?
